2. Services Provided
The Agency provides consultancy and assistance in the preparation, submission, and follow-up of applications for various South African visas, including but not limited to:
  • Tourist visas
  • Work visas
  • Study visas
  • Business visas
  • Permanent residency applications
South Visas does not guarantee the approval of any visa application, as the final decision rests solely with the South African Department of Home Affairs or relevant authorities.
3. Eligibility for Services

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
  • Provide accurate and truthful information necessary for visa processing.
  • Agree to comply with South African immigration laws and regulations.
4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to:

  • Provide all necessary documentation as requested by the Agency in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete.
  • Pay all applicable fees as outlined in our Fee Schedule.
  • Respond promptly to any requests for additional information or documentation.
  • The Agency will not be held responsible for delays or rejections caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent documentation.
5. Fees and Payment
5.1 Service Fees
  • The agency charges fees for its consultancy and processing services. These fees are separate from the visa application fees charged by the South African Department of Home Affairs or other relevant authorities.
  • A payment of 80% of our service fee is required before starting your visa application process, and the balance of 20% will be paid once your visa is approved.
5.2 Refund Policy
  • Service fees are 100% refundable if your visa is denied or rejected. Kindly note that our service fees are different from the visa application fees charged by the South African Department of Home Affairs or other relevant authorities. In other words, our service fees will be 100% refunded if your application isn’t successful, but the visa fees paid to the South African Department of Home Affairs won’t be refunded.
  • If your visa outcome is successful, you won’t be refunded our service fees.
5.3 Additional Costs Clients are responsible for any additional costs, such as government fees, translation services, courier services, or medical examinations required for the visa application process.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

The Agency is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in compliance with applicable data protection laws. We will use your information solely for the purpose of providing visa consultancy services.

6.1 Data Usage
  • Your personal data will only be shared with:
  • Relevant government authorities for visa application purposes.
  • Trusted third-party service providers necessary for processing your application.
6.2 Data Security The Agency implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
8. Termination of Services

The Agency reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • The client fails to provide necessary documentation or payments.
  • The client provides false or misleading information.
  • The client engages in abusive or unethical behavior toward Agency staff.
  • Clients may also terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. However, no refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

The Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will take effect immediately upon notification.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts
